Nick Gallagher-Hughes is the former Chair (2015-2018) to the Staff Development Forum (www.sdf.ac.uk) a professional body representing TandD, OD and HR colleagues in Universities across the UK.

He was Staff & Organisational Development Officer at Harper Adams University (2002-2018)

He is also CEO of TopLine Dance Products, a UK-based company specialising in innovative training resources for ballroom dancers across the world.

He has more than 30 years’ experience within T&D in both public and private sector, including local authority, police, security, hospitality, further and higher education.
